We were tasked with producing a selling platform for custom letterman jackets. Disillusioned with Shopify and similar “out of the box” solutions client wanted to migrate to something “that works”. This meant that instead of trying to adjust the business model to the software we had to map out the whole operation and design the software to elevate it.
The Challenge
Within the scope of the project, we had to produce a number of tools, from the online store itself to warehouse software and an interactive online 3D jacket builder. There was no blueprint, as similar companies were comfortable staying in the dark ages. Anzolo Consulting was about to reinvent a letterman jacket store for the 21st century.
